The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the effects and safety of the study medicine PF-07275315 for the potential treatment of COPD. COPD is a condition that makes it difficult to breathe, which negatively impacts the quality of life and functioning of people who are affected. This study is seeking participants who: - Are 35 to 80 years old - Have had moderate-to-severe COPD for at least 12 months - Have a documented history of at least 2 moderate or severe exacerbations within the last 12 months - Have been continuously taking their regular maintenance treatment(s) for COPD over at least 6 months at a stable dose for 3 months All participants will receive PF-07275315 or a placebo. A placebo does not have any medicine in it but looks just like the medicine being studied. PF-07275315 or placebo will be given as multiple shots in the clinic over the course of 24 weeks for the Phase 2 part and 52 weeks for the Phase 3 part. We will compare the results of people receiving PF-07275315 to those of the people who do not. This will help us determine if PF-07275315 is safe and effective. Participants who will be involved in the Phase 2 part of the study for about 40 weeks. During this time, they will have 11 visits at the study clinic. Participants who will be involved in the Phase 3 part of the study for about 68 weeks. During this time, they will have 18 visits at the study clinic. Type: Interventional Start Date: Feb 2026 |

This phase III trial compares the effect of adding gemcitabine to intravesical Bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG) versus intravesical BCG alone in patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Gemcitabine is a chemotherapy drug that blocks the cells from making deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill cancer cells. Intravesical BCG is a solution containing the live BCG bacteria that is placed in the bladder via a catheter (intravesical). When the solution comes into direct contact with the bladder wall, it stimulates the body's immune system which kills tumor cells. Giving gemcitabine with intravesical BCG may kill more tumor cells in patients with recurrent non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. Type: Interventional Start Date: Jul 2025 |

This study is open to adults and adolescents aged 12 to under 18 with bronchiectasis. People can participate in this study if they produce sputum and have had flare-ups (also called exacerbations). The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 1291583 helps people with bronchiectasis. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. One group takes BI 1291583 tablets and the other group takes placebo tablets. A placebo tablet looks like the BI 1291583 tablet but does not contain any medicine. Participants take 1 tablet once a day for up to 1 year and 6 months. Participants are in the study for up to 1 year and 8 months. During this time, participants visit the study site up to 10 times and get about 13 phone calls from the site staff. Participants regularly complete a diary on a smartphone about their bronchiectasis symptoms and study doctors regularly check for any changes. The study doctors document when participants experience flare-ups. The number of flare-ups is compared between the participants who receive BI 1291583 and those who receive the placebo. The study doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. Type: Interventional Start Date: Jun 2025 |

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if colchicine reduces levels of proteins indicating inflammation in the blood in individuals with calcium pyrophosphate deposition (CPPD) disease. The trial will also test the effect of colchicine on joint symptoms in CPPD disease. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Does colchicine reduce the level of interleukin 18 (IL-18) in the blood of individuals with CPPD disease? - Does colchicine reduce pain scores in individuals with CPPD disease? Researchers will compare colchicine once daily to a placebo (a look-alike pill that contains no drug) to see if colchicine works to treat CPPD disease. Participants will: - Take colchicine or a placebo every day for 6 months - Visit the clinic 3 times in 6 months for joint examinations, surveys, and blood tests. Each visit will last 2-3 hours. - Speak on the telephone with researchers for about 4 times over 6 months. Each phone call will last about 5 minutes. Type: Interventional Start Date: Jul 2026 |

The P3OPPY Project is one of five projects within the American Heart Association P3 EQUATE Network. The overarching goal of the P3 EQUATE American Heart Association Health Equity Research Network (HERN) is to promote equity in Maternal and Infant Health outcomes by identifying innovative and cost-effective strategies to enhance access to quality health information, care, and experiences during pregnancy, postnatal and postpartum/preconception periods, particularly for Black and under-served populations. Collectively, the investigators will collaborate with pregnant and postpartum individuals and their families, hospitals, and communities to discover ways to reduce racism and social problems that contribute to poor health outcomes. In this trial, 400 non-Hispanic Black participants will be randomized to see if 2 promising interventions (digital health interventions and community health workers) reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes. Multiple myeloma (MM) is a cancer of the blood's plasma cells. The cancer is typically found in the bones and bone marrow (the spongy tissue inside of the bones) and can cause bone pain, fractures, infections, weaker bones, and kidney failure. Treatments are available, but MM can come back (relapsed) or may not get better (refractory) with treatment. This is a study to determine change in disease symptoms of etentamig compared to standard available therapies in adult participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) MM. Etentamig is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R MM. This study is broken into 2 Arms; Arm A and Arm B. In Arm A, participants will receive etentamig as a monotherapy. In Arm B, participants will receive the standard available therapy (SAT) identified by the Investigator during screening, in accordance with the local (or applicable) approved label, package insert, summary of product characteristics, and/or the institutional guidelines, as applicable. Around 380 adult participants with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma will be enrolled at approximately 140 sites across the world. In Arm A participants will receive etentamig as an infusion into the vein in 28 day cycles, during the 3.5 year study duration. In Arm B, participants will receive the SAT identified by the Investigator during screening, in accordance with the local (or applicable) approved label, package insert, summary of product characteristics, and/or the institutional guidelines, as applicable, during the 3.5 year study duration. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and questionnaires. Type: Interventional Start Date: May 2024 |

The primary study hypothesis is that patients randomized to the intervention will have increased odds of more hospital-free days through 90 days (primary clinical) compared to those randomized to usual care. Key secondary hypotheses will investigate the impact of the intervention on rates of major adverse kidney events, rates of recurrent AKI, and changes in patient-reported outcomes. Participants (N=2145) will be allocated 1:1 to the intervention or usual care using a web-based system to maintain allocation concealment using stratified randomization with randomly permuted blocks. Randomization will be stratified by clinical site. Type: Interventional Start Date: Sep 2023 |
